FIRE PREVENTION

Administration

Santa Clara County Fire Department assigns Fire Prevention staff to each city and town within the Department’s jurisdiction, including Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, and Saratoga. SCCFD also contracts with the County of Santa Clara to provide services in the unincorporated areas of the County as well as the County’s Facilities and Fleet Department.

Deputy Fire Marshals

Hazardous Materials Specialists

Hazardous Materials Specialists oversee underground storage tanks and hazardous materials business plans in Campbell, Cupertino, and Los Gatos. Hazardous Material Specialists are also responsible for fire code hazardous material compliance throughout all of our jurisdictions. County Fire Marshal’s Office

The County of Santa Clara contracts with Santa Clara County Fire Department to provide fire prevention services to the county unincorporated areas. To schedule inspections for properties in the unincorporated area, please call (408) 378-4010.

Facilities and Fleet
