Abode Services’ mission is to end homelessness by assisting low-income, un-housed people, including those with special needs, to secure stable, supportive housing; and to be advocates for the removal of the causes of homelessness.

LifeMoves
LifeMoves provides prevention and supportive services to help families and individuals mitigate the trauma of experiencing homelessness. LifeMoves services include: family services, single adult services, verteran services, community outreach programs, and shelter assistance.

West Valley Community Services (WVCS)
WVCS comprehensive programs are offered under one roof and are free of charge to low income and homeless families in the west valley region of Santa Clara County. WVCS provides helpful information and referrals to clients in collaboration with other human service agencies in the community. WVCS services include: food, housing, support & mobile/RV sites.
