COMMUNITY EDUCATION

Educating the community on fire and life safety and preparedness is a top priority for the Department. SCCFD offers comprehensive fire and life safety and preparedness training programs available within the following seven cities: Campbell, Cupertino, Los Altos, Los Altos Hills, Los Gatos, Monte Sereno, and Saratoga.

The Community Education Office embraces the Department’s motto “Courtesy and Service” by helping residents locate programs and services that will help keep them safe, reduce fires and injuries and improve overall health and wellness. The Community Education Office functions as an information and referral service connecting individuals, organizations, and community audiences to agencies located within Santa Clara County.

For more information on a particular topic or to request a community education program, please contact the Community Education Office at (408) 378-4010 or via email.
